The Eye is a surveillance expert in the British Secret who has been assigned to track a beautiful woman, Joanna, suspected of blackmailing the son of a United States Senator. As he follows Joanna to the scene of her first crime he snaps a surveillance photo of her and is shocked when a ghostly image of his lost daughter appears in it.
